The objective of the Middle Management Programme is to provide middle managers from diverse business environments with cutting-edge management knowledge and develop skills crucial for the implementation of a company’s strategic plans. The programme is designed to develop key competencies in the areas of functional management, enabling participants to be effective team players.

The Middle Management Programme runs in ten-month cycles.  Other programmes follow as arranged and finish at the end of a ten-month cycle. For each programme, participants have to attend two one-week study schools spread over the ten-month cycle, and write examinations at the end of each semester (5 months).
